It enables you to check your recent activities on Facebook and also determine when your account has been hacked.

Which means that when your account has been **hacked** or been shared with another person, it can show you list of activities you have performed on you account then take proper action in securing your account.

=>> There you would find Activity log, kindly click on it to check your activities. If You find and one not familiar to you, kindly take appropriate actions immediately to secure your account.
